All prices are in Euros (€) and do not include tax, as we do not charge sales tax on orders.

Gems & Gears ships exclusively within Finland. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders qualify for free shipping with no minimum purchase requirement. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please review our Returns Policy for complete details.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
